What this website collects

The demonstration booking form asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, party size, preferred accommodation and an optional message.

How the demonstration works

The current form does not transmit or store your information on this website. It prepares a message for your own email application, where you can review it before sending it to theoldkopiclub@gmail.com.

Purpose and retention

When direct email handling is enabled, the business will use the information only to answer accommodation enquiries and manage resulting reservations. The client must confirm the final legal basis, retention periods, processors and rights language before public launch.
