Privacy notice

Demonstration copy — client review required before launch.

What this website collects

The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, party size, preferred accommodation and an optional message.

How the booking request works

The form sends your request directly when secure delivery is configured. If that service is unavailable, it prepares a message for your own email application so you can review it before sending.

Purpose and retention

The business uses the information only to answer accommodation enquiries and manage resulting reservations. The client must confirm the final legal basis, retention periods, processors and rights language before public launch.

Your choices

You can contact the business directly by email or phone instead of using the form. For privacy questions, write to theoldkopiclub@gmail.com.
